1) Our Role as Your Travel Advisor

Bonilla Vacations, LLC (“Bonilla Vacations,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is an independent travel agency affiliated with Avoya Travel®. We act as a travel advisor and intermediary to arrange travel services provided by third-party suppliers, which may include cruise lines, tour operators, hotels, resorts, airlines, ground transportation providers, and travel insurance companies (“Suppliers”).

Suppliers are responsible for providing the travel services you purchase. Bonilla Vacations and Avoya Travel are not responsible for the acts, errors, omissions, representations, warranties, breaches, negligence, delays, cancellations, or defaults of any Supplier.

2) Pricing, Promotions & Availability

Prices, promotions, and availability are subject to change until your booking is confirmed by the Supplier. Promotions may be capacity-controlled, time-limited, or withdrawn without notice. Posted prices may not include optional items, upgrades, or Supplier-imposed fees unless specifically stated.

3) Deposits, Payments & Authorization

Many bookings require a deposit and/or full payment at the time of reservation. By submitting a payment authorization (including providing card details or approving an invoice), you authorize Bonilla Vacations and/or Avoya Travel to charge your payment method for amounts due in accordance with Supplier terms and your selected itinerary.

Unless otherwise stated in writing, deposits are typically non-refundable. Final payment deadlines are set by the Supplier and missing a deadline may result in cancellation and penalties.

4) Cancellations, Changes & Refunds

Cancellation and change penalties are determined by the Supplier and may increase as the travel date approaches. If a refund is permitted by the Supplier, it will be processed according to the Supplier’s policies and timelines. Bonilla Vacations and Avoya Travel do not control Supplier refund processing times once funds have been transmitted to the Supplier.

5) Travel Documents, Entry Requirements & Health Guidelines

You are responsible for ensuring you meet all travel requirements, including (where applicable) valid passports, visas, vaccinations, health documentation, and any destination or Supplier entry rules. Passport validity requirements can vary by destination and may require validity beyond your return date.

6) Travel Insurance (Strongly Recommended)

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your investment against unforeseen events such as trip cancellation, interruption, medical emergencies, supplier bankruptcy, delays, and baggage issues. If you decline insurance, you accept responsibility for any losses that may otherwise have been covered.

7) Assumption of Risk

Travel involves inherent risks, which may include health, weather, mechanical issues, supplier operational changes, and geopolitical conditions. By booking through Bonilla Vacations, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with travel.

8) Acceptance of These Terms

By requesting services, booking travel, submitting payment, or authorizing charges, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to these Terms & Conditions, as well as the terms and conditions of the applicable Suppliers.

Privacy Policy

1) Information We Collect

We may collect personal information necessary to plan and book travel, including:

  • Name, address, email, and phone number
  • Date of birth and traveler preferences
  • Passport and/or government identification details (as required for travel)
  • Emergency contact information (if provided)
  • Payment information (for processing transactions)

2) How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

  • Plan, quote, book, and manage your travel arrangements
  • Communicate itinerary details, updates, and service messages
  • Process payments and issue invoices/receipts
  • Meet Supplier, regulatory, and security requirements

3) How We Share Information

We share personal information only as necessary with Suppliers and service providers (e.g., cruise lines, hotels, tour operators, airlines, insurance providers, and payment processors) to fulfill your travel arrangements. We do not sell or rent your personal information.

4) Payment Processing & Security

Payments are processed through secure, PCI-compliant third-party systems associated with Avoya Travel and its partners. Bonilla Vacations does not store full credit card numbers. If we retain limited payment-related records (e.g., transaction confirmations), we safeguard them using reasonable administrative and technical measures.

5) Communications & Marketing

You may receive communications related to your trip planning and bookings. You may also receive occasional travel offers or updates. You can opt out of promotional communications at any time by using the unsubscribed link (if provided) or by contacting us.

6) Data Protection

We take reasonable measures designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7) Policy Updates

We may update this page periodically. Changes will be posted here with a revised “Effective Date.” Continued use of our services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
